Sensya na sa aking mga followers, are you still there heheheh? ang dalang ko na mag- update, namamalimos pa kasi ko pampili toptop para makapag update nang madalas eh hihihhi. May balita ako sa inyo, alam nyo ba sa pag-aassist ko sa mga PDOS, ayun naging qualified ako sa TOT  o Training of Trainers, apat na araw akong matutulog sa aircon room, sa wakas hahahaha. Pagkatapos ng training at pumasa ako, pwede na ko maglecture sa mga seafarers at OFWs during PDOS about HIV, naman di ba hehe. Kaya pag pray nyo na pumasa ako ha, salamat, salamat in advance hehehe.  Sana pumasa ako, para talagang authorized akong magsalita ng tungkol sa HIV, di ba di ba? heheheheh

    I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
    liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
    reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
